Warranty Information

Trailer Station USA only represents manufacturers who are members of the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers (NATM) and comply with higher safety and quality standards. It is important to us that all our trailers are safe, well built and comply federal engineering requirements established by the Department of Transportation (DOT) under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA).

All brands at Trailer Station USA are required to 1) have warranties on each new trailer and 2) to successfully adhere to that warranty. A customer’s warranty is between the customer and the manufacturer, but most of our customers use Trailer Station USA’s Warranty Support Service to assist in warranty claims. Trailer Station USA, based on our size and reputation, can expedite a customer’s warranty process. We leverage our manufacturing relationships and often our distribution network (axles are hard to ship!) to quickly get our customers back on the road and on the job.

As a courtesy and to protect our customers, Trailer Station USA registers all trailers for our customers.

Whether the problem is an unseen manufacturing issue or a third-party component, we have the experience and relationships to help solve your issue.

If you have a manufacturing warranty issue and want our assistance (free to our customers), start by entering your trailer information into our Warranty Support Service App:

A manufacturer’s warranty is an important consideration when buying a trailer – the quality of the warranty but also the manufacturer’s willingness to support it. A manufacturer’s reputation is a good indication of its product quality, but also an indication of their warranty reponse. A customer often compares two similar trailers from different manufacturers and will make their decision based on the warranty coverage differences. When buying a trailer, consider the warranty coverage on the frame, the welds, the materials, and the duration of the warranty period. Beware that most warranties are limited to the original owner.

Below, we will introduce the high-level warranty coverage of our manufacturers. You can also ask our Trailer Experts for their thoughts on warranties – after years in the business, they have an understanding of the best warranties but also which manufacturers truly stand behind their warranties.
