I came to the Trailer Station on a referral from the Muffler Man Daryl. The work needing to be done on my trailer was to much for Daryl. I needed welding and some TLC because my trailer had been through a ton of miles. James was the one who I connected with at the Trailer Station. Not only did they get the work done within a day, Jsmes also fine tuned some things with my trailer that needed some attention. The cost of the work was a total score as they did not charge me for all the hours they did work on my trailer. That was over 7 hours of work and only charged for 5. Now I am back on the road again safe and sound.

My wife and I bought a 5x10 dump trailer about 2yrs ago and had the best experience. These guys were very helpful and know their trailers and competitors trailers. So when it came time to buy our new enclosed trailer we went back to them. We bought a 7x16+2 v-nose trailer with tall doors. We couldn’t be happier.

I purchased an Iron Bull dump trailer for Trailer Station in Chehalis. This isn’t the first Iron Bull dump trailer I’ve owned, so I knew I was buying the best quality dump trailer on the market. Iron Bull is an excellent choice for any task you may have requiring a dump trailer. Trailer Station in Chehalis deserve all 5 stars and more! Colby and Josh were fantastic. Very helpful and quick to get me up and going with my trailer. Zero time wasted. Very professional. fantastic customer service! Great quality trailers. I recommend Trailer Station Chehalis!!

This was the best place making our purchase on our new Summit trailer.
We were educated on all aspects prior to our purchase. Eveyone on staff is so helpful. We found we needed a taligate lift assit upon picking up our trailer. They took care of geeting a lift assist installed very quickly and works great.
We will be back to purchase a dump trailer.

What a fantastic buying experience! I bought a Southland 14ft dump trailer from Trailer Station (AKA Trailer Depot) in Woodland. The folks at all the Trailer Station outlets work closely with each other so I felt like there was a team effort on my behalf - often coordinated through Myranda who answers Emails, phone calls, and texts for the whole state, and who is exceptionally knowledgeable and responsive. In fact, after I sent her a YouTube video of someone who had issues with a trailer similar to the one I was interested in, she watched the video, and then sent me a lengthy, detailed Email regarding every point made in the video,  and called the factory to have them respond as well! Absolutely every point was addressed in detail with photographic evidence. As an engineer, I fully appreciated this. I cannot recall having any sales company respond with this level information to someone who had never even bought anything from them. The staff at the stores I dealt with were all knowledgeable, patient and informative (Chehalis, West Olympia, Woodland). I ended up at the Woodland store working with the store manager Jeff because they happened to have the model I was looking for. Jeff is an amazing multi-tasking, trailer whiz who had everything ready to go by the time I arrived  - given heads up by Myranda. He not only answered my ridiculously long list of questions, but stayed an hour past closing on a Friday night to help with financing and ensure the trailer was ready, and that I was fully educated on its features. All questions and concerns I have had post-sale have been answered promptly. From my experience, these folks are all top notch!

I bought an Ironbull trailer a year and a half ago and I brought it in for warranty repairs. Trailer Station after those repairs actually informed me that my trailer frame was bent and I had to provide another warranty claim. I had to fight the manufacturer for a couple months without success to get the trailer fixed/replaced and Andrew from Trailer Station got involved a couple months into the process and got the manufacturer to replace my trailer with a new one. I was very appreciated of their involvement and especially Andrew's involved in handling my warranty process for the second half of the process as he was a lot more successful than me. I would recommend them for purchasing and the post-purchase security that comes with their continued support.
