Standard across the 2026 SL Series, Southland's redesigned gate holdback system is engineered for longevity. It features a new HSS spring enclosure to protect the mechanism from debris and galvanized steel strike plates to prevent rust and ensure a secure lock every time you open the barn doors.

Extended 8" Sideboards
Payload capacity and containment are key. The SL714 models now come standard with taller 8-inch sideboards. These integrated boards provide extra depth for hauling bulk material while maintaining a clean, low-profile look with our updated sideboard gussets.

Precision Hardware Upgrades
Small details make a big difference for professional contractors. The 2026 lineup features all-new tarp hooks for easier load covering and a redesigned spreader latch system on the standard gates, ensuring smooth operation when switching between spreading and dumping.

SL714 Series: Upgraded Power
The 2026 SL714-14K and 14KHS models received a massive boost in lifting power, upgrading from a 5" scissor hoist to a heavy-duty 6" scissor hoist. Southland also moved the D-rings to the corners of the box to maximize floor space and upgraded rear door panels to 2" thickness for added strength.
